To apply for enrollment in Japan, please present the necessary documentation in person. (Note that applications sent by mail are not accepted)
For applying from overseas, please contact your local exchange student center, or contact TFLC directly and ask for assistance.

Application forms downloaded and filled out using a computer MUST be hand-signed by the applicant―electronic signatures are not accepted.
Furthermore, applications by email are not accepted.
Personal seals must be applied directly.
